Prior to staining, the 13 pieces of Pine are hand burned and then stained individually The burning really brings out the wood grain which is still visible thru the stain It is then assembled and I carve the Stars and any logos with my CNC machine into the flag. After carving, the 50 stars are then lightly burned to match the rest of the flag. Any logos are not burned. This is so the logo stands out and does not blend into the Union. I can certainly burn your logo, if you prefer. Just mention it in the comments.
The back of the flag is burned as well, for a consistent appearance.
Each flag is finished with a Satin Clear finish and comes with a wire attached for easy hanging
These flags really are beautiful and the pictures do not do them justice.
Will hold approximately 100 coins (1 3/4") There are 3 shelves that are 37" long and 3 shelves that are 22" long to hold your coins. The space from the bottom of the groove in 1 shelf to the bottom of the shelf above is 2.75" If you have coins taller than this they can go on the very top shelf as well as the left most part of the shelf directly below the union.
Since these are hand made, and of wood, each piece will have a slightly different appearance.

We can do Badges too! Select custom Badge option and send me a good, clear photo of your actual badge and we can convert that to a file to carve on the CNC. Check out the example in photos.
I can do other logos as well, just select "Custom Logo" and send me the image you would like.
PERSONALIZATION I can also carve anything you want on the Flag Stripes or the back as well to personalize the Flag. There is a $30 fee for this for each side of the flag you would like.
